White screen of death

I bought, "camera for ipod and camera for ipad" .99 for each.

Today thinking this was good for my iPad and iPhone 3G to connect together since my iPad doesnt have a camera, give it one. It worked for maybe few pictures, it was cool until I kept getting white screen of death on the iPad after taking a few pictures.

Hope they fix this.
